Comments: I was referred to Dr Norberg because of the severe posterior wear to my left shoulder. We discussed a normal reverse shoulder replacement normally done for severe wear like mine, but I told him that the 10 pound weight limit was far too restrictive for my life style. He then suggested a new style of wedge-shaped implant that was designed specifically for severe wear. It was a joy to see his intellect at work as he used the software to custom design and order the parts to fit my body based on my CT scan. The surgery went very well Oct 2019 and this last year of recovery has shown consistent improvement. As of my 1 year anniversary he tells me that I have exceeded all range of motion and strength expectations. I have ridden my Harley Ultra over 2,700 miles. I have done full days of manual labor and have even been able to lift my wheelbarrow over my head to hang it on the wall. I could not have imagined a better outcome. His intellect, skills and bedside manner are the absolute best.
