The first time I met with him, he gave me a lot of information and took X-rays. It was decided that I needed a Reverse Shoulder Replacement. All along my journey, Dr Norbert explained everything clearly to me, showing me diagrams and X-rays so I could fully understand my circumstances and the choices I had. He carefully and respectfully listened and answered my questions.
I had the surgery with great results! Dr Norbert is thorough.He takes the time to make sure, as a patient, that I was ready and fully prepared.
Each appointment I had with him, he gave me feedback on my healing. Always encouraging and praising my stick -to -itness. He has a great sense of humor and made me feel listened to and acknowledged. I would refer him 100%!
