Comments: I first saw Dr. Norberg in 2012 when I needed a second opinion about getting a shoulder replacement. I am a Masters swimmer and the first surgeon told me I would have to quit swimming. Dr. Norberg explained that he reinforced the bicep tendon after the replacement was in and that provided extra strength so he thought I'd be able to swim. That procedure lasted until 2025 when I needed a revision due to tearing of my rotator cuff. I am 83 years old and he was willing to give me a reverse replacement. That occurred on July 8 and although it has been tough, I have done all the PT suggested and am back swimming. Not only is he highly skilled, but he knew me well enough to know that I would do the work afterwards and the result is that I am back swimming in meets and setting records in some relays and having fun.
